What is your sales policy?
Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery date if it is in original condition, with tags attached and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made to our policy.

You will be credited via PayPal only when the merchandise has been received. Returns which are received after 14 days from date of delivery will not be credited– we will issue a gift card to you for this amount instead. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

You will receive two e-mails after your order has been placed: the first confirms that your order was received, and the second confirms that your order was shipped and will be accompanied with a FedEx tracking number.
